DESCRIPTION
The Foundation Level is the entry level qualification which offers candidates a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL Service Lifecycle, including the linkages between Lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to Service Management practices.
ITIL Foundation is an introduction to IT Service Management Lifecycle modules. The major processes and functions for all the lifecycle modules are covered. Below topics will be covered in detail:
- Introduction to ITIL Concepts & Terminology - Gain a high level overview of ITIL V3.
- The Service Lifecycle - Understand the fundamental ITIL lifecycle stages, processes, functions, roles & responsibilities.

- Service Operation - Establish day-to-day business operations and customer expectations.

Who Should Attend ITIL Foundation Training
This course is intended for individuals who wish to obtain their ITIL Foundation credential. There are no prerequisites to take this course or the ITIL exam. Our ITIL Foundation certification training course is designed to give you a basic understanding of the ITIL framework and how it can be applied to enhance IT service management within your organization.
Online Certification Exam will be conducted after the training program. See Exam Details below:
- Exam Format - Objective Type, Multiple Choice
- Open Book - No
- Exam Duration - 1 Hour 15 Minutes
- No. of Questions - 40
- Passing Criteria - 26 out of 40 (65%)
- Result - Immediately after the exam
- Certificate - After 2 business days
