1. How do I apply for admission to a course?
Applying for a course is simple and convenient. You can apply in three different ways: online, by phone, or via email.

2. What is the teaching methodology?
At Addon Skills, we employ a hybrid teaching methodology that combines lectures with interactive seminars, drawing on participants' experiences and emphasizing active participation. This approach helps to engage learners more deeply and ensures practical knowledge application through real-life scenarios.
Our programs include practical exercises, case studies, group activities, role plays, games, lecture-discussion sessions, participant presentations, and multimedia elements to foster engagement and participation. The goal is to ensure participants can return to their organizations with enhanced skills, a proactive attitude, and newfound confidence in the topics covered.
3. What does the program fee include?
The program fee covers all necessary study materials, presentation slides, additional reading references, question banks, templates, and other resources.
4. What is the usual class size?
Class sizes generally range from 10 to 20 participants, ensuring personalized attention. In exceptional cases, class sizes may be slightly smaller or larger.
5. How is a typical course day scheduled?
A typical day begins at 09:00 hrs and concludes by 17:00 hrs. Morning sessions typically involve faculty-led classes, while afternoons are dedicated to group exercises and preparation for the next day’s sessions.
6. What if I am unable to attend the course after paying the fee?
If you cannot attend the course, you have the following options:
- Send a substitute participant in your place.
- Submit a written cancellation request (via letter or fax) at least two weeks before the event. You will receive a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. However, you will still be eligible to receive the event materials upon request (excluding courier charges).
- Note that candidates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
7. What about the safety of my belongings during the course?
Participants are NOT provided with safekeeping facilities during their stay. Please ensure your valuables and cash are securely stored. Addon Skills will not be held liable for any loss of personal property. In case of any concerns, please inform the Manager at Addon Skills immediately.
